- REGIONS AND COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO
We currently ship to the following regions:
- North America: United States and Canada.
- Europe: Countries within the European Union.
Please note that shipping availability may vary based on specific products or promotions. Orders placed for delivery outside these regions will not be processed, and you will be notified accordingly.
- SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer two shipping methods to meet your delivery needs:

- Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders at an additional cost.
The standard shipping cost is $5.99 (USD) unless otherwise stated during promotional periods. The cost of express shipping varies and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include transit time.
- ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination:

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

- LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

- RESERVATION OF RIGHT
Collar Cuff Care LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the shipping address is incomplete or invalid, or the order violates our Terms & Conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if payment has already been made. This right to cancel also extends to suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
